Omega has subtly added a new sub-category to their Seamaster Aqua Terra lineup, now incorporating the brushed ceramic bezel from the higher-end AAA fake Omega watches such as 2023’s World Timer, to the standard Aqua Terra range. Building on the surprise release we received around Christmas time last year of the first turquoise fumé dials for the Aqua Terra range, the brand has expanded this collection with a subtle refresh.
The design of the cases remains in line with the rest of the collection, this time sticking to the usual format of 38mm and 41mm diameters, and constructed around the simplistic and stylish Aqua Terra case design we all know and love. The twisted lyre lugs are naturally still present and are beautifully polished to give that premium look.
With the 38mm model measuring 12.36mm thick and the 41mm model coming in at 13.26mm thick, both cheap clone Omega watches are comfortable for most wrist sizes and offer a good variation for those who prefer something a little larger or something more subtle. Both models are naturally still water resistant to 150 meters, and feature screw-down crowns and sapphire crystals, both of which have anti-reflective coatings.
The gorgeous dials start off with a bright and fresh turquoise in the centre, fading out into a much darker area towards the edges, which in some lights even stretches out into a deep black. This is contrasted by a bright turquoise minute track and is interrupted by grey PVD-treated and diamond-brushed indexes, filled with white Super-LumiNova. The hands also feature the same treatment. This darker dial furniture matches an applied PVD-coated Omega logo and a darkened date window at 6 o’clock.
Framing the dial is a black ceramic bezel, which is not a new addition to the Aqua Terra range, as it has already featured on some higher-end models. However, it’s a nice addition that gives the best quality Omega fake watches a premium look and nice to see that it’s filtering down to the more entry-level pieces. Additionally, it’s extremely scratch-resistant, which is a significant advantage over the standard model, given that its polished bezels can scratch quite easily.
Overall, this new dark and moody look, brightened with the vibrant centre of that stunning fumé dial, is a refreshing take on the Aqua Terra range. The dark bezel paired with the dark dial furniture contrasts exceptionally well, and it looks well-executed in both sizes.
Both pieces feature automatic movements, specifically Omega’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8800 in the 38mm model and the Calibre 8900 in the 41mm model. Both movements offer similar performance, with the smaller model having a slightly lower power reserve of 55 hours, compared to 60 hours for the larger one. Both are METAS-certified and offer anti-magnetic properties up to 15,000 gauss, thanks to the use of a silicon balance spring. Of course, both movements are gorgeously finished in an industrial kind of way, as you would expect from Omega copy watches for men, featuring blackened screws and Geneva waves in arabesque, including on the rhodium-plated rotor.
The replica Omega watches UK are both available on a rubber strap that features small steel inserts at either end, which sit between the lugs, offering some contrast. They are both finished with vibrant turquoise stitching to complete the look. There’s no micro-adjustment on the rubber strap, however, but it does feature adjustment via a more traditional folding clasp. Interestingly, the 38mm and 41mm are both only listed on the website on this rubber strap. It remains to be seen whether or not Omega will sell this model on a steel bracelet as well.
Closing thoughts
Last year’s first turquoise-dialled Aqua Terras were released perfectly in time for summer in the Southern Hemisphere – now Omega’s giving us something for the tail end of the Northern Hemisphere’s summer (or perhaps they’re giving my Aussie colleagues a bit more advance notice this year?) The ceramic bezel might seem like a small change, but it adds a lot to the aesthetic of the 1:1 replica Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra watches while also providing additional scratch resistance.
